The room was well equipped, staff superb, and breakfast buffet great.

The Intercontinental Berlin offers a range of great facilities, including a pool and jacuzzi, perfect for a relaxing break. The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to the zoo and public transportation. The staff are friendly and always ready to help, from the breakfast waitresses to the concierge. There is also a fantastic Greek restaurant across the road that offers great value for money.

Felt well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.

It was excellent base for travelling to Berlin, I was glad to stay there. A few times I ate at Restaurant Atlantis, located at walking distance from the hotel.

The beds were comfortable, the room was non-smoking & silent. Central location was a plus. It was a well-appointed hotel, in front of a bus station.

The hotel is conveniently located in Central Berlin, near the beautiful Tiergarten park. Despite being in a construction zone, the area is quiet and offers easy access to everything you need, with many attractions reachable by walking. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly and professional. Guests can enjoy a superb breakfast and relax by the poolside while sipping on smoothies and drinks.

Enjoyable base for travelling to Berlin and exploring local places. The rooms with shower, the bathroom plus separate bath. Location not far from the zoo / tiergarten as well as Ubahn...

From check, in to check, out, this hotel provided a luxurious experience. the room amenities were exclusive, and our needs were promptly taken care of. We enjoyed relaxing in the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa lounge. the beauty treatments were top, notch and left us rejuvenated. Our dinner at the hotel's restaurant was a gastronomical delight, with options for special diet menus.

The room's AC was not climate controlled, leaving the room warmer than we preferred. This was a minor issue compared to the overall excellent experience of this hotel.

the own space in the fridge was a bit small, which could be inconvenient if you have a lot of perishable items to store. these minor inconveniences did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at the hotel.

I loved the modern 'Bauhaus' inspired room at Intercontinental. The layout and lighting were perfect, and the interesting furniture added a unique touch. The single bed set up in the sofa area was a great solution for our family of three. The capsule coffee machine in the room was a bonus, and the breakfast spread offered a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. The pool was enjoyable, although the lounge area outside was a bit small and limited access to sunlight at certain times of the day.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my sightseeing needs, as it was conveniently located close to all the attractions I wanted to see. The #200 bus stopped right in front of the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. The room itself was quiet and clean, with a comfortable bed.
